Comments: The Logan Berry leaves in the Autumn inspired me to weave this colourful and fun tapestry. Of course, Logan Berry Pie is wonderful too!

Recipe: Berry Pie
Berry Pie
¾ cup sugar
2 ½ Tbsp. Corn starch
¼ tsp. Salt
Stir in ¾ cup water and 1 ½ cups logan berries
Cook gently until very thick 5-7 minutes
Add 2 Tbsp. Butter and 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
Fold in 1 cup blueberries and 1 cup logan berries
Cool and pour into a baked pie shell
Note: other berries may be substituted
