In a blender:
½ cup yogurt
1-3 tsps sugar
1 cup cold skim milk
Fresh fruit of any kind or frozen if possible
Banana, strawberries, mango, etc.
A handful of ice cubes – this is not necessary if you have frozen fruit
Puree or liquefy, serve
