Weaving Classes and Workshops
Classes for Fall 2010:
Beginners Tapestry Weaving: October 12 - 15, 2010 at the Bradley Center, Coombs, BC. This course is not only for beginners to tapestry, but also for those who would like a refresher, or those who would like special study for a specific design or technique. The course will be held from 9:30 - 3:30 pm. Copper pipe looms will be provided if students do not have looms of their own. Warp and weft yarns will also be provided as well as common tapestry tools such as bobbins, awls, etc. Students need to supply their own scissors, measuring tape, pencil, paper, drawing supplies, etc. Cost of the course is: $168.00 which includes HST.
